Meet the Owners

We are a blended family with a huge heart, sharing a life filled with love, adventure, and purpose. Together, we have five wonderful children from Guatemala, China, Taiwan and the United States.

Paul is a licensed and insured general contractor specializing in residential remodeling and roofing. His mission is to build a company known for excellent customer service and quality craftsmanship.

Erika is the organizational backbone of Hardiboys, bringing years of experience from managing multiple successful businesses to her work alongside Paul. She oversees the administrative and operational details, ensuring that every part of the business runs smoothly. Outside of Hardiboys, Erika is also a dedicated relationship and parenting coach, passionate about helping women and families create meaningful, lasting connections. Currently writing a book on secure parenting, she brings her expertise to families everywhere, combining her skills in business and her dedication to strengthening relationships

When we're not working, you can find us playing in the pool, kayaking, hiking, exploring new restaurants, or lending a helping hand to those in need. Our family values connection, adventure, and making a positive impact in the world.

About the Company

Hardiboys was born out of a journey of resilience and new beginnings. In 2018, Paul Hardison and his sons returned from the mission field in Guatemala with little but each other and a vision. While in Guatemala, Paul had spent years building and teaching local men the skills of construction, pouring his heart into both the structures and the people he worked alongside. When it came time to start over in the U.S., it was a natural step for him to bring that same passion for building to his own construction company.

Naming the company Hardiboys held deep meaning for Paul. He chose it to represent the strength, resilience, and adaptability of his family—“Hardy” for their solid roots and character, and “Boys” as a nod to his sons who were with him every step of the way. Over the years, the Hardiboys team has grown and thrived. Paul and his crew have transformed countless homes, tackling everything from ground-up builds to intricate residential remodels, with a special focus on bathroom and kitchen renovations.

Paul’s dedication to learning and quality craftsmanship has helped Hardiboys expand their offerings. In recent years, they’ve added a roofing division, 615 Roofers, dedicated to providing top-notch roofing services. With crews capable of handling any project and a commitment to growth and excellence, Hardiboys and 615 Roofers continue to build more than just homes—they’re building a legacy of resilience, adaptability, and family strength.
